Welcome to MY EBTRACK! — and smart move grabbing this.

I'm super excited to have you on board.
I promise to deliver value-packed guides and info to your inbox every Monday to help you .

Make sure my emails reach your inbox by:

1. Adding this email to your Primary inbox
2. Replying to this email with "hello"

Most people spend months wondering if they even qualify for EB-1A before talking to anyone. This checklist cuts that confusion down to about 10 minutes.

Here's how to use it:

  1. Make a copy of the checklist

  2. Go through all 10 USCIS criteria honestly

  3. Check off every one that applies to your background

  4. If you check 3 or more — you likely have a viable case

Don't worry if you don't hit all 10. USCIS only requires you to satisfy 3. The goal is finding your strongest 3 and building your entire petition around them.

One thing I want you to know upfront:

EB-1A is more accessible than most people think. The bar isn't "Nobel Prize winner." It's documented, sustained excellence in your field — and that's something a lot of researchers, tech professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators already have.

You just need to know how to frame it.

Over the next few days I'll share the single biggest reason most EB-1A petitions fail (it's not what you think), and what you can do about it.

For now go through the checklist and reply back and tell me: How many criteria did you check off?

I read every reply.
